A Web-Based Grade Book
which includes a Parent Portal that provides Parents and Guardians
 with important information regarding your student’s
Grades, Progress Reports, School Events, and Attendance. 

Merrill Road Elementary School is pleased to include the use of the DCPS Parent & Student Grade Portal at https://dcps.mygradeportal.com.  With the grade portal, parents and students have convenient online access to student grades, attendance, and homework.

To log into the grade portal at https://dcps.mygradeportal.com, parents and students will each need their own unique username and password.   To receive your Username and Password you must come to the front office at the school with a picture ID during regular office hours (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday). Each parent and/or guardian must pick up their own Username and Password.  A husband, wife, or guardian may not pick up the document for others within the household.  

User name/password information can only be given to the parent or guardian who is listed in the school’s student information database as the parent/guardian for the child.
